Yes, I know it is March 5th, but this is our reality today. This morning we had sleet which made the driving a bit hazardous. Other parts of the state either had a snow day or late start. It seems like no matter what we always get some sort of winter weather in March. We used to joke that it would happen during Girls State Basketball week. That was last week and this week is the boys. However a few years ago everything was moved up a week, so we are right on track weather wise. Since in a way it was expected, can’t complain much.

We had a wicked storm on Friday, and another Nor’easter is on the way for Wednesday. I am so ready for spring. You’re right – we should expect it though.

Leave it to March to make us appreciate spring! 🙂 We lost another (now at least 5) this quarter. We’ve had one week since Christmas without a late start, early out, or testing of some sort. This third quarter has been AWFUL! My wife doesn’t have school tomorrow (Tuesday) and we are all ready two hours late! Ugh!! 🙂
